抹茶のパンナコッタ
材料 (直径6cmの型2個分) ※今回はグラスデザートにしました |
1. 牛乳
2. 粉ゼラチン 3. 水 4. 抹茶 5. グラニュー糖 6. 生クリーム 100g
3g 15g 2g 25g 50g |
手順 |
【下準備】 ② 鍋に移し、ふやけたゼラチンを加え,ゼラチンが溶けるまで加熱する。 ④ なめらかになるまで混ぜたらお好きな型に移し、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。 ⑤ 型から外しお好きなものでトッピングする。 |
